When will my order Ship?
Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with necessary delivery details. Processing and shipping timings may change as per unusual circumstances.
What are your delivery options?
We ship nationwide across Canada and internationally to United States. Once the order is processed and shipped our Standard Delivery option can take up to 2 to 4 days to deliver within the City of Toronto and its surroundings. For nationwide orders, the delivery time depends on courier company's processing, upon request tracking can be provided. All orders above $70 are eligible for free Standard Shipping across Canada. Orders below $70 will cost a flat shipping fee of $15.
For international shipping, please contact us at info@thetoco.ca for exact shipping time and details. Need your order early? You can request a Priority shipping with extra shipping cost by reaching out to us.
What is the return & exchange policy?
All orders except final sales items are eligible for an exchange or return within 14 days of the original purchase date. All the items must be in unused and unwashed condition to be eligible for returns. Finals sales items can not be returned or exchanged. Items can only be returned or exchanged for store credit. Toronto Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
How to return or exchange an item?
To return any eligible item, reach out to us at info@thetoco.ca with your order details. A return label will be sent you. Ship eligible return or exchange items to our warehouse address provided, Once your item arrives at our location please allow 3 to 5 days to process your return or exchange.
What payment methods are accepted?
Purchases can be made through following payment methods of your choice:
Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Gift Cards, Apple Pay and Google.
Can I cancel my orders?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of a successful purchase. You can cancel any order by logging in into your customer portal or by reaching out to us at support@thetoco.ca
Are there any taxes on purchases?
Yes, all purchases at thetoco.ca are subjected to standard GST and HST rates applicable by Canadian Government. As we are Ontario based company, so a set rate of 13% HST applies on all purchases.
Do you offer unisex sizes?
Yes, all products we offer are unisex and are size neutral. To check exact measurements please refer to size charts available below size selection option of each product page.
How to wash the items?
Washing instructions icons are listed on tags of each garment.
Item such as hoodies, sweatshirts and T-shirts can be hand or machine washed warm with like colours. Use only non chlorine bleach when needed. Use low tumble dry settings for dryer. Do not iron the decorated or printed area of any garment.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
Your order can get cancelled for various reasons. Toronto Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to any unexpected circumstances. In case of cancelation of any orders before fulfilment, full amount of the order will be refunded to you on the actual payment of method.
